🔄 All our products are made to order.
This means that when you make your purchase, the product hasn’t been manufactured yet. You’ll need to wait for the production period before it’s ready for shipping or pickup.

  2. Browse our catalog and choose your favorite product.

  3. Each product page shows the estimated production time.

  4. Complete your purchase securely and receive a confirmation email.

💳 Payment Methods

We offer several convenient payment options:

  • 💸 Bank transfer

  • 📱 Sinpe Móvil

⏳ Production Times

Production time varies depending on the product.
Each estimated time is listed on the product page or in the "Production Times" section at the bottom of our website.
Production begins once your payment is confirmed.

📬 Product Completion Notification

When your product is ready, we’ll notify you via:

  • ✉️ Email

  • 📲 Message (if applicable)

If you chose pickup, we’ll let you know when you can come by (within our working hours).

🚚 Shipping

We ship via EMS Courier – Correos de Costa Rica.
Shipping occurs once the product is complete. We’ll notify you the same day it’s dispatched.
Delivery time depends on your location and is detailed in our Shipping Policy.

🔁 Return Policy

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations:
You have up to 30 calendar days from the shipping date to request an exchange.
Contact us at returns@minimaallpetit.com and include:

  • Invoice number

  • Reason for return

  • (If applicable) Return tracking number

We do not issue refunds. Exchanges for other products only.

Any dispute related to our sales will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Both parties accept its exclusive jurisdiction.
