🤝 Exchanges, Returns, and Our Guarantee

At Minimaall Petit, we design and handcraft our products to order. We strive to offer durable, functional pieces with safe finishes. If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to hear from you.

📦 Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the shipping date.

Please note that all our products are made to order, so we do not offer cash refunds.

The product must be returned to the address indicated on the packaging, either via EMS Correos de Costa Rica or by personal delivery.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, with original tags and no visible damage.

✉️ How to Request a Return

Send an email to returns@minimaallpetit.com with the following information:

• Invoice number

• Reason for the return

• EMS tracking number (if applicable)

🔁 Exchanges and Store Credit

We do not issue cash refunds, as our products are made to order.

You may exchange the product for another:

• If the new product is more expensive, you’ll need to cover the difference.

• If the new product costs less, we will issue a store credit for your next purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🛠 Warranty

All our products include a 90-day warranty (calendar days from the shipping date), covering manufacturing defects or structural issues related to materials or assembly.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to improper use or falls

• Exposure to excessive moisture

• Mishandling or misuse
